  1. As soon as we receive your order form, a form will be send to you to complete.  This will give us information about your business, choice of domain name, style colour etc.

  2. When we receive this form AND your first payment, we will register your domain (within 24 hours if .co.za) or transfer your existing domain to us (this might take longer than 24 hours).

  3. You must send all the information (in Word format) and pictures (in JPEG, GIF or PNG) that you would like on your website.

  4. Once we have received all the information and pictures we will start with the unique design of your website. Please note that we cannot start with your website if we have not received your information, pictures and first payment.

  5. It is your responsibility to make sure there is no copyright on you information and pictures.  By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that there are no copyright infringements and you indemnify Dream Web Design against any claims for any copyright infringement.

  6. Once your website is completed (within 10 working days) you will be notified, and given an opportunity to proofread the website and notify us of any changes you would like to see.  After these changes have been made you will be charged R150 per hour for any other updates.

  7. Best practice will be to ensure that you have all the information and pictures ready.  You are liable to pay the monthly hosting, even if your website is not finished due to the fact that we are waiting for information from you.

  8. The countdown of 10 working days to complete your website only starts once we have received all the relevant information.  This 10 days guarantee only applies for our basic website design packages.

  9. Your account will be suspended without warning if payment does not reach our offices on the due date.  A penalty fee of R50 is payable to reinstate a suspended account.  If this penalty fee and outstanding payment is not received before the due date, your account will be deleted from our system.

  10. Dream Web Design reserves the right to choose to do a particular website or not.

  11. Monthly invoices will be emailed once payment has been received via credit card or debit order.

  12. Email support and telephonic support is available Monday to Friday (8am5pm).

  13. The free Website Packages includes static websites only. Complex developed websites (Ecommerce) will be quoted accordingly.

  14. Simply email any changes or updates you want on your website to updates@dreamwebdesign.co.za. Please note that only the Medium, Large and XLarge packages include montlhy update time.  Unused hours will not accrue to the next month. For additional updates you will be billed at R150 per hour.

  15.  Ownership and IP of all websites designed or hosted by Dream Web Design will vest in Dream Web Design until receipt of – 12 payments(Start). Subscriptions may be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled within a 30 days notice in writing via email.
